QNET hosted the QNET VCON Malaysia 2026 Media Webinar on Thursday, 22 October 2026. The virtual session provided a platform for the company to address its compliance standards and fraud prevention initiatives within Malaysia. Representatives from the organization engaged with media participants to discuss internal policies aimed at maintaining business integrity. The webinar served as an update on the operational framework of QNET and the broader activities of the QI Group. Attendees reviewed the mechanisms currently in place to ensure that direct selling practices align with regional regulations. This event focused on the company's efforts to clarify its professional conduct protocols for stakeholders. Official speakers presented information regarding the maintenance of corporate accountability and the protection of independent representatives in the market.

Journalists Observe Operational Compliance

QNET terminated 141 distributor accounts due to compliance violations occurring between 2025 and October 2026. These administrative actions form part of the company's internal enforcement strategy to maintain professional standards among its independent representatives.

Internal records indicate that 26 of these terminated accounts were allegedly connected to facilitating fraudulent cross-border movement. The company identified these specific violations as a direct breach of its operational conduct policies. Management maintains that these measures are necessary to uphold the integrity of the direct selling framework within the region.

Reporting and Victim Assistance Efforts

QNET reported 158 cases to relevant authorities between 2025 and October 2026. These disclosures represent an effort by the organization to engage with law enforcement agencies regarding activities identified as non-compliant or illicit.

Company records show that QNET assisted more than 3,000 victims in returning to their home countries or reuniting with their families during the same period. These support measures aim to address the welfare of individuals who reported difficulties after interacting with unauthorized entities using the corporate name.

Management launched the 'QNET Against Scams' campaign in August 2024 to increase public awareness regarding fraudulent practices and misrepresentation in the direct selling sector. Officials implemented the 'QNET Against Scams' initiative in Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Senegal as part of a regional outreach strategy.

Cecilia Sesay, a television presenter at the Sierra Leone Broadcasting Corporation (SLBC), participated in activities related to these awareness efforts. Following her engagement with the program, she stated, "The experience challenged some of the perceptions she previously encountered about QNET, particularly claims suggesting that the company lacked a physical corporate presence or identifiable products."
